10/10 experience, ziplining was soo much fun and the staff is very playful and lighthearted. Snorkling was at a gorgeous location and we were able to see coral reef and so many fish. Also we're able to hold the monkeys and the birds and took photos with sloths. Prince, Davids, Luis and Freddy were all amazing. Definitely recommend.
the amount of time wasted waiting around for a bus or boat to arrive is not acceptable. we did not snorkel due to time constraints. we ended up taking cab ourselves due to poor timing. i would proceed cautiously.
Sr you waited for 20 minutes at the zip lineat the beach you waited for 15 tell the boat got in with other guest you cancel because you was unpatient everyone else get on and did their tour snorkel and you saw that i have all on record for the this same type of situation we do our bestto make sure our guest enjoy thier self thats why they keep coming back with us but me and my holle team are sorry and hope you enjoy the rest of your cruise.
Nowhere on the posting does it say that they operate on ships time. We called 24 hours in advance trying to get this information but nobody answered the call nor did they call us back.We arrive 45 minutes early and they left without us. Localtime is a one hour difference which we accounted for when we arrived thinking we were 45 minutes early. They said we were 15 minutes late and wouldn’t let us go. They also refused to refund our money!!!!!!! Do not use them!!!!!!
please stop trying to lie you came out at 10:37 local time our last pick up was at 10am i have proof of that we were there at pick up point from 6:16am to 10:15am before we leave the meeting point
The most memorable part of the experience was the snorkeling for sure, it was me and my girlfriend’s first time but it was fun, and the fact that you can snorkel, zip line, and petting zoo all for the price is a steal, we were also given a personal tour guide named deanpandy, if you are thinking of booking I’d highly recommend asking for him he is a good guy, and will make sure you are accommodated and feel safe. Everyone is nice, we even forgot my girlfriend’s purse at the baggage area and came back almost 2 hours later, it was untouched. Love this place.
It was pouring rain when our ship docked. There was zero communication of the tour would continue or not. Called and emailed and finally got in contact 20 min before the tour started. Zip lines were pretty good although very rushed. The crew helping was great. Very friendly and helpful. The lines are fast and there’s no way to slow yourself so the crew has to stop you abruptly at the end. Wildlife park was great for interacting with the monkeys. Very fun experience. Didn’t get to see the baby monkeys for some reason. Our guide walked us right past them. Peacocks and pheasants are not that interesting. Would have preferred more time with the monkeys. We opted not to snorkel but still went to the beach. Our driver was kind of rude and rushed us through some stupid chocolate factory. Waste of time. Once at the beach they sat us in a section reserved for resort guests. Security and resort staff hassled us about being there. Apparently there was a big miscommunication. The security staff there was very anti American and kept showing us news articles that were clearly AI and were about US soldiers being captured and killed by Iranian forces. He showed these same articles to multiple people on the beach area and kept talking about Americans shouldn’t invade places. Prepare to be hounded by the locals to buy their stuff! Shirts, jewelry, food, and any other crap they can peddle. They are constant and relentless. We sat there for a few hours and told the same people no over and over again the entire time. Very annoying.
really sorry to hear that and security not aloud to talk to the guest unless you need assitance and i really really dont recall you been rush in no way unless you talking about when we try to get you ahead the line if that was rush for you am triuly sorry for trying to help
Oh my god. This whole day was the best day ever. The zip lining was unreal. The staff was so helpful and fun. Having monkeys jump and climb all over you was the coolest thing ever. Then the snorkeling was so friggin cool. We got to relax at the beach after and then check out the chocolate tasting on the way back. Every tour guide was amazing. David our host was so accommodating.
Don’t miss this excision. It made our trip. Our tour guides and driver (William) were awesome. We reserved more excursions because this one made our trip even better.
William was our main guide. He did a great job of providing info on Roatan. He took us from place to place and made sure that we were satisfied.
Cost-effective product, zipline through the jungle, very exciting yet safe, and staff performing brilliantly. The zoo could take a few photos, then went to the chocolate shop. The biggest surprise was that at the end I was snorkelling for the first time, lots of fish and coral, and the sea was calm, perfect for novices.
We booked a family of 10 in July 2026. We paid $790-$30 TripAdvisor coupon = $760 total for 10 people. We followed the instructions to find Roatan Anderson Tours and didn't need to show a receipt to check-in (I had it in my Apple Wallet just in case). We walked 1/4 mile from the cruise Port to the Zip Line place. We dropped our backparks off at the Zip Line office and got our gear on and then rode a fun truck up a 30 degree incline to the top of the course. The 16 Zip lines were great and the staff was fun and friendly, allowing us to do tricks on the zip lines. Then we were shuttled with another family of 4 in a van to West Bay beach, and as expected, it was overrun with vendors. We navigated past them and went snorkeling for 27 minutes. It was fun but short. We then decided to immediately go back to the ship rather than stay at that stressful beach. We were glad we did, as traffic returning to the cruise port was horrendous. The 20 minute drive to the beach took 45 minutes back. We briefly stopped at the ROATAN sign on the drive back. Overall, we were glad we did it.
