The experience was AMAZING! I brought my family. 4 adults, 1 teen, 1 child, and 2 toddlers. Had plenty of room for all of us, our baby stroller, and another family in the nice air conditioned sprinter van. The price was great! $450 for 8 of us. The 2 babies were free. Walked a short 5 min distance outside the entrance into coxen hole port to be picked up outside of the high traffic area. Our awesome and professional tour guides Borry and Yani walked us there. He was highly informative and provided detailed information about the island and stuff we saw along the way to our destination. Along was some very cool stories about himself free diving, the different cultures, and languages on the island. Got to the private little resort looking beach destination. Filled out some waivers. Played in the BEAUTIFUL water and looked at different species of fish. My wife got her whole hair wonderfully braided for like $25. They had a nice bar there but we rarely drink. So bought some pretty cool souvenirs and local bags of coffee. Then headed out with Bingo and David on the horses. Bingo man kept us laughing and entertained the whole time. He made the horse riding trip a blast! My wife took our 2 year old and I held onto my 1 year old on the saddle with me and no problems. Bingo and David walked side by side with us the whole time. Felt safe and secure on the horses with our toddlers. They were very well trained. The trip lasted maybe an hour or more. All through the water and everything. Will never forget it. Took lots of pics for us. Then went to see the monkeys, birds, and sloths. That was super awesome too! The kids fell in love with the cute little monkeys jumping all over us. Ended the trip at an amazing restaurant high up on a hill over looking the water that had amazing food. Would definitely book again if ever in Roatan! Loved everyone we met
We went as a family of five with three teens and we have the BEST day! Borry and Jenny were our driver and guide and we felt safe, well-informed, and has such fun conversations! We didn’t get to snorkel because of the rain but we got a LOT of non-tourist experiences including a small market, chocolate factory, and a super great local restaurant so we could try Iguana! BIngo was our guide during the horseback riding and he was so knowledgeable about not only the horses but also the local wildlife and plants! We learned so much and made some amazing memories. The animal sanctuary with the sloths and monkeys was amazing as well!! The staff were super caring and knowledgeable about all the animals! 10/10!
Yenny and Borry were amazing. Loved the horseback riding with Bingo. Very knowledgeable about the history of the island. Was the best experience of our vacation. 10/10.
I went with some college friends on this excursion and had Borry as our tour guide! He was the G.O.A.T (greatest of all time lol). We made 4 port stops on our cruise and this stop’s experience was by far the most memorable and fun. We accomplished a lot in such a short amount of time and learned so much about the island of Roatan while we explored. Our driver, Jenny, gave us a smooth sailing drive around the island Borry and Jenny were a complimentary team. Our group was very lucky to have chosen them for our stop. If I ever find myself back in Roatan, I’ll definitely go with Webster Tours.
Borry and Jenny were AMAZING. We had an absolutely wonderful time and both Borry and Jenny made sure we got to each stop and had the best time. They were so attentive and kind. We had an absolutely amazing experience and can’t wait to book with them again!!
We loved our tour guide Borry so much! The tour was a great value, with so many activities packed in to one day! Borry was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had. 10/10!
We were very happy we decided on this excursion. Mario our guide for the day was very friendly and easy to talk to. He kept us informed on everything, and introduced us to each tour operator we dealt with. It was such a relaxing experience. We were never rushed. Each thing we did was very enjoyable. I definitely recommend this excursion and Mario. We had an amazing day, and would do it again. Thank you for this excursion and the wonderful memories.
Our Roatan excursion was fantastic and it is all thanks to Tachani, our guide. She was our guide for the day. She made us feel comfortable and safe and made sure we did everything we wanted to do We ended up taking a taxi from the port to the meetup spot and I recommend this as it was a long walk for a five year old. The horseback riding was first on the to-do list. Edgar was a great trail guide and the horses were friendly. Walking them in the ocean was such a special experience. Edgar picked us some fresh mango from the trees along the way and they were to die for. Second, we went to the animal sanctuary where we enjoyed interacting directly with guinea pigs, sloths, Amazon parrots, macaws, and spider monkeys. It was my kids' favorite part of the entire trip. Tachani invited us to go ziplining, which was located in the same area as the dock for scuba. It was a great addition. Very fun! Lastly, we went to dock to catch a boat out to our guide scuba experience. Henry was a great scuba guide and we loved our time in the water. He found a huge conch shell and brought it onto the boat so we could take photos with it, then he humanely returned it to the ocean, ensuring it landed comfortable on the bottom of the ocean. Before heading back to our cruise ship, we are at the restaurant on-site. Took a little longer than we expected but that was because there were many people eating there and the food was good. Overall I give the excursion five stars. It was good for the whole family and a fantastic way to spend our time in Roatan.
Our tour guide John was awesome. He really put in some effort to make sure my family had a great time. The horse back riding was great even for first timers like us. The visit to the sloth/monkey park was something we will never forget you actually have monkeys on your shoulder!!! We also really enjoyed the snorkeling the boat captain was very nice. I highly recommend this excursion.
I have used Viator before with great success. The vendor who supplied this excursion did a poor job. Nice guy, poor job. Van was blowing a heater from the floor and some ac from the top. Miserable. Though the guys were super polite, the excursion was a 2 out of 5 at most. Horseback riding was an ugly trail and lasted 20 minutes. Monkey’s and sloths—no Sloths. Monkeys and a few other animals were cages like a zoo. There were 4-5 cages. We did enjoy holding some monkeys for a few minutes. It was very fast. Then off to snorkeling. Oh my. This was pathetic. First I heard a discussion to make the event 25 minutes. Water seemed almost industrial. Saw 4 fish and everything dirty brown. Water was rough. One of the people In group was struggling and the guide didn’t check on her. I have snorkeled many times. This didn’t match up to my worst day on the water. Apparently the other travelers with us had a beach break lined up. It was actually a beach club with high pressure food and merch sales. I think it is important to rate the events as they are. This was to be our grandson’s debut snorkel event. Thankfully Cozumel made up for it. Viator you might send a candied traveler to experience this first hand.
