One of Rimini’s main squares and represents a nerve center of the city’s social and cultural life. Located in the heart of the historic center, the square is surrounded by important historic buildings!
Located in the heart of Rimini, it is one of the city’s most iconic structures. Its construction began in 1437 at the behest of Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta, one of the city’s most famous lords.
One of the oldest and best-preserved Roman bridges in Italy. Its construction began under Emperor Augustus in 14 A.D. and was completed in 21 A.D. by Emperor Tiberius, after whom it is named. Made of Istrian stone, the bridge has five arches and spans the Marecchia River.
I love this area! It developed around the year 1000 as a fishing district. Today it is beautiful to walk through the narrow alleys and stone-paved streets, the colorful little houses but especially the fantastic murals.
Walking toward the center we come to Piazza Luigi Ferrari and its gardens-these are another gathering place for the people of Rimini!
In the late 1980s, during work in Ferrari Square in Rimini, an archaeological site of great importance was discovered, with artifacts from Roman times to the Middle Ages. Among them was the “Surgeon’s Domus,” named for the profession of the last owner, a Greek-educated physician. Ticket cost: 7€ (include also the museum)
The ‘Luigi Tonini’ City Museum preserves Rimini’s past through the millennia-old evidence of local heritage collected from excavations, churches and city buildings, telling its story. Ticket cost: 7€ (includes also Surgeon Domus)
The Cathedral of Rimini! Originally a Gothic Franciscan church, it was transformed at the behest of Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta in the 15th century. The architect Leon Battista Alberti was commissioned to renovate it, giving it a classical and elegant appearance.
I personally love markets and when I visit a city I always try to visit them. This one is structured on two floors: on the ground floor you can find fruits, vegetables, a few bars and a small supermarket.
Built in 27 BC in honor of Caesar Octavian Augustus, this arch represents one of the oldest surviving Roman arches and is located at the end point of the Via Flaminia, which connected Rome to Rimini.
Today’s Piazza Tre Martiri has its roots in the ancient Roman forum of the colony of Ariminum, which was once the political and commercial hub of the city.

Good, clear and clear communication in advance. The tour and text we had in English. Very nice that you could pause the tour in between. The information about Rimini was interesting and instructive.
It was really well put together with short walks in between the sights and sounds on offer. There were bits of Rimini we would have never seen without the tour. Thank you.
Definitely worth more than 5gbp
We took the tour as a pair. It is really great that you can plan the tour yourself, pause it, and continue it again. We started on a very hot day and interrupted the tour and were able to continue it without any issues two(!) days later. The tour was varied and nicely selected. The starting and ending points were about a 4-minute walk apart. A tip for parking upon arrival would be helpful, but not absolutely necessary. We were very satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful time. We can recommend the tour without reservation.
Great tour, highly recommended. Take a break wherever you want, take the time you need without rushing.
Great tour, everything went perfectly. Decide for yourself where to take a break and then continue. I would book for another city. Thank you very much for the tour. 🫶
Great. Easy to use. Fun way to explore the city
A great way to look around and get your orientation around the city. My first time using walking cap and I did get a little confused at first, but a very quick reply to a message sent and then I was on my way without any issue. It’s up to you, take 1 hour or 4 hours, I really enjoyed my time!
An easy and simple way to see this beautiful little city. Very easy to get around and a nice amount of information to keep you moving around so you can easily do this to our inside two hours. Lots of places to stop and get a drink or something to eat.
Nice experience. We visited the center of Rimini and the guide was complete and exhaustive. Recommended. A bit cumbersome approach but once you guess everything goes well.
