It felt good.
I experienced Ayurveda for the first time.
I took it in the morning of the return day, so the fatigue of the trip was light.
I booked this course with Sirolada in it but it didn't. It was disappointing because I wanted to take Sirolada.
I was glad to see the doctor because I could see the symptoms and get advice just by checking the pulse.
On the way back, he drove me to my hotel in a tuk-tuk.
It's a full-body oil massage, so it's a good idea to bring extra underwear or disposable paper pants. I also used oil for head massage, so it was moist and oily hair until I returned home and took a bath. If you are interested, you may want to take it by the day before you return home.

Great experience with Purana
Great experience. Excellent service with short transport included in the package. The therapist listened to problems and adjust the services.

The treatments did very well and I could relax very well, I felt very comfortable. I thought it was a shame that no Shirodhara was present at the prize and the communication was a bit difficult, which is due to me and my lack of English language skills. But otherwise it was top 👍
Operator response
Dear Manuela,
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the treatment. We also have other packages that include Shirodhara, but they’re not listed on TripAdvisor yet — we hope to add them very soon.
We’re sorry about the language issue. Our manager speaks German, but unfortunately, he was on holiday that day; otherwise, we could have explained everything to you in German.
We wish you a wonderful time in Sri Lanka and hope to see you again soon.
Kind regards,
