Pickup Locations & Times

Pick up service is available from the listed hotels. If your hotel or location is not listed among the pickup points, please contact us (the supplier) or the platform to check availability. You will receive your pick up point & time via Viator message. Failure to participate in the safari due to missed pick up point or time will not be refunded. If you need pick up from hotels, please meet the guide at your hotel reception on time; if you need pick up from meeting point, please find the guide at our office downstairs on time (Sunny Safari Office, Tähtikuja 1, 96930 Rovaniemi, in Santa Claus Village).

• A minimum of 2 full-paying adults is required for the tour to operate. A single traveller may join an existing group.
• Each reindeer sleigh is shared by 2 adults (except in special circumstances). A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is allowed per sled. Final seating arrangements are determined by the musher on site.
• The duration of this sled ride is approximately 40 to 50 minutes, so we kindly advise you to dress appropriately for Arctic temperatures.
• Thermal overalls and boots are provided. The total duration includes transfer time and clothes changing time.
• Pick-up service is included from selected locations. If your accommodation is not listed, please contact us to check availability.
• You will receive the final meeting time and meeting point upon confirmation. Failure to participate in the safari due to missing the meeting time or meeting point will not be eligible for a refund.
