The first dive after a twenty-year break, the staff was very patient and professional. Despite the challenging waves in Tamarindo, our dives were very beautiful. We saw sharks, eels, rays, octopuses, and many fish. Our daughter did her scuba diving baptism, and her guide Dominique was excellent and friendly.
We saw amazing marine life including Manta Rays!!! The dive master was experienced and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!!

Great dive to Islas Santa Catalina, both north and South dive locations. Crew was very attentive. Took the refresher course which was helpful but not necessary (prior dives were 14 and 20 months prior). Divemaster Lilly was very thorough and observant. Had minor issues with gear that was quick addressed in and out of water. Dive sites were very good, lots of sea life to observe.

We had an amazing scuba diving experience with Laura from “Be Salty Adventures” as our guide. She picked us up from the JW Marriott Guanacaste, and everything was seamless from start to finish. Laura is not only knowledgeable but also very attentive to safety and comfort, making sure everyone in our group felt safe and confident throughout the trip. We departed from Tamarindo by boat, and the sites we visited were breathtaking, with plenty of marine life both anbove and under the water. From the boat we even saw a ray and several humpback whales! We were in need of a refresher, not having even been in scuba gear in over ten years. Laura put as at ease with her kindness, and patience, and by the second dive it was as if no time had passed since we last dove. While underwater, Laura pointed out various marine life that we would have missed without her expert eye. We saw moray eels, reef sharks, rays, and countless beautiful fish off all colours and sizes. The highlight for us was listening to the humpback whales “sing” underwater! Laura made the whole experience feel personal and exciting. After a splendid day under the sea, we returned to Tamarindo, still buzzing from the adventure. For anyone looking for a memorable diving experience in Costa Rica, we highly recommend booking a trip with Laura. Her professionalism and passion for scuba diving shine through, making it a top-notch experience!

advertised as a refresher course - no instructions given other than hand signals ... no boyancy, weight, general practice prior to diving. This was not a refresher course but a supervised dive experience.
