It was an ok day. We paid for the VIP, but turns out you snorkel in the same place, just a few minutes ahead of the larger group. We've snorkeled a lot and didn't feel this was great for viewing. The lunch was long and we were just ready to come back. The driver to and from was awesome though.
Very nice snorkeling experience! We added the VIP package so we were in a private spot on the reef with only us and another boat, and we also had ceviche and free drinks on the boat, then tequila tasting and lunch with 4 tacos. The team was so great, staring from Carlos, then captain Rodrigo and Alex the photographer and the whole boat crew. Thank you so much for this amazing experience and your super happy mood!
My guide, Karina, was super friendly and keen to explain things we saw along the way. The photographer, Ilse, was equally approachable and knowledgeable about the marine life in the reef.
Lovely experience and a very helpful tour guides. Boat was very clean too and a good ride with the Captain very careful.
Good trip with Rodo, and all the buddy's, the tequila was very good, the trip was fun
Amazing experience with Carlos! Loved every moment!
Great swim! Love the guides. Everyone was helpful!
Great time! I loved snorkeling and the tequila
Wonderful time thank you . Great guides and wonderful food.
Not really snorkeling, you have to wear a life jacket. Every time my ears broke above the water someone was telling me to get in a line - do you know how hard it is to stay in a line with waves and current? No freestyling, you are in a line the whole time. I was hoping to take the dumb life jacket off and really snorkel as we returned to the boat, but unfortunately it was anchored in a bunch of grass, no reef 🫤
Hi Joe, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that the snorkeling experience did not meet your expectations. The life jacket and safety guidelines are required to ensure the protection of all visitors during the activity, especially due to the natural conditions of the sea. We appreciate your comments and will share them with the corresponding team to continue improving the experience and communication.
