Regarding the snorkeling experience, our excursion takes place in a natural marine environment where fish are naturally present in the area, and their visibility may vary. As a result, the amount of marine life visible may vary depending on the conditions on the day of your visit. As for the sharks and stingrays, they are free to move throughout the aquarium. Species such as these naturally spend much of their time resting and feeding on or near the ocean floor, so their behavior reflects what would be expected in their natural habitat. We are also sorry that our photography policy left you disappointed. We understand how special these moments with the stingrays are, and it can be frustrating not to be able to capture them exactly as you had hoped. However, for safety and operational reasons, close-up photos during the interaction are taken exclusively by our professional photographers, and personal close-up photography is not permitted. Regarding gratuities, tipping is entirely optional. Guests are never expected to leave a tip, and our team is formed to ensure no pressure is ever placed on the cutomers. We will continue reinforcing this policy. At the end of the excursion, the guide simply informs guests that a tip box is available should they wish to leave a gratuity for the crew. Our excursion is designed as a marine and reef experience, including guided snorkeling and designated areas where guests can safely observe nurse sharks and stingrays. These animals are within a delimited ocean area where guests can observe them safely in a natural environment. Regarding snorkeling, guests are free to explore the reef area, and guided tours are available for those who wish to cover longer distances. We understand that expectations can differ and regret that this did not match yours. In addition to snorkeling, the Reef Explorer experience also includes activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, and access to different marine areas, offering a more complete experience beyond snorkeling alone. Concerning the food, we provide light refreshments throughout the experience, including smoothies, sandwiches, and snacks such as fresh fruit, nachos and vegetable sticks. Our sandwiches are prepared fresh, so we will review this with the team to understand what may have happened during your visit. Regarding the massage area, hygiene protocols are in place, including changing linens and sanitizing equipment between each guest.
