Itinerary
You will be picked up from your hotel between 4:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. to take a journey of approximately 2 hours to the town of Cusipata, where you will enjoy a delicious breakfast before proceeding with the route.
We will continue our route until we reach Checacupe, where we will make our first stop to visit the colonial bridge and the Inca bridge, located at 3450 meters above sea level. After the explanation of our guide and having time to take pictures, we will resume the trip to continue with the itinerary.
After about 1 hour of travel we will arrive at the Red Valley, where our four-wheelers await us. Here, our guide will easily and practically teach you how to drive these vehicles for a few minutes, and then start the adventure by quad bike through incredible scenery. We will travel guided at all times, making brief stops to appreciate the view: snowy mountains, local villagers in typical costumes, as well as llamas and alpacas along the way. The four-wheel drive to the Red Valley viewpoint and back takes approximately 2 hours.
Then we will take a walk of approximately 30 minutes, during which we will appreciate the incredible colors of the Andean landscape. This section of the road is special because, on many occasions, we will be one of the few groups on this route, which allows you to enjoy the environment with greater peace of mind. The Red Valley offers spectacular views of the Andes, on a course of about 1 km that takes us to the point of visit of the impressive Mountain of 7 Colors, located more than 5,000 meters above sea level. When we reach the top (5036 m above sea level), we will have free time to take pictures and videos before starting the return along the same path to the point where our transport awaits us, which will take us to enjoy a well-deserved and delicious lunch. Finally, we will board our vehicle back to Cusco, with estimated arrival time between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., concluding the tour at their respective hotels.

Best decision ever. ATVs were well-maintained, views were legendary, and we saved hours of exhausting hiking. Red Valley looks even better than Rainbow Mountain!
Both of the tour guides were amazing and helpful throughout every step of the way! They really made the experience much better and helped explain a lot of the history and helped with all of the hiking and atv riding! Would recommend this 10/10 times!

I had a really great time on this tour and think it is definitely worth paying more to go halfway up with the ATVs because of how difficult the hike can be due to altitude. Samuel was our guide and was very nice and bilingual in english and spanish which was very helpful! He was very friendly and nice to one of the people in my group who really had a bad bout of altitude sickness and took the time to help her up as much as she could go and help her down as well. The hike itself wasn’t the most difficult but the high altitude makes it much more challenging.(
