Ras Mohamed & White Island Snorkelling or Diving

Fantastic experience in every way. We did two snorkeling stops, including one diving stop. The boat was very clean, the food was good, and the staff were professional and made us feel amazing. I would like to personally thank Araby, Fouad, Fatota, and Zied. Fantastic people who made our day wonderful, always helping us with their advice and experience regarding snorkeling, diving, and the sea in general.

I wanted to offer my sincerest compliments to Mohamed. (Scuba instructor) I did my first scuba dive of my life with him; he was excellent, attentive, and professional. He explained everything the right way, stayed close to me the whole time, 10/10. Compliments also to the photographer Mamud, very talented, and above all patient 😂 Highly recommended trip, large, comfortable, and beautiful boat ❤️

Irresponsible company. I almost died during snorkeling with my children. There were many boats parked next to each other. while swimming, one of the boats moved withdrawing its anchor. ropes started flying and three families got entangled. one of the ropes wrapped around my head. I lost my child in the confusion. the captain and senior staff did not come into the water to help. We survived and returned to boat. I requested a complaint form. No help provided. I was threatened not to report to tour-police. Disgusting service. these people are criminals. please don't use them. All they care about is cold selling and coercing poor tourists to give tips.

What I recommend the most without a doubt is the diving; the attention from the guides was very good.

The experience was by Hamada he give his best time to learn how to dive and show us around the water with amazing views.

Overall satisfied with the service, however, it can end up being expensive. We booked with Seamax for a day trip with 2 stop snorkeling and a dive on 11/12/25. To our surprise the service is performed by Crazy shark diving center, I would have liked to be aware of this arrangement to check reviews on this other organization. The masks and snorkel initially included are offered at 5€, it was necessary to negotiate to make it clear that we would not pay a second time. The dive initially sold by Seamax is 15 min but is reduced to 10 min, but it is possible to extend it to 20 min for an additional 20€, it is expensive the additional 5 min. We also paid a second supplement of 25€ for a second unscheduled dive which we gladly accepted. The boat is not very young but does the job. The food is good and in sufficient quantity, fortunately because it is served while others do the diving and there is crowding. There were about thirty of us on the boat, but there is plenty of room. 2 photographers are present and the photos and videos are really beautiful, unfortunately, they are too greedy. 50€ per person.... I have no knowledge of diving and could not comment on the quality of the diving equipment. The diving itself is extraordinary, exceptional underwater fauna, colors at the top, and our instructor ( Mohammed I believe ) is reassuring, attentive, deserves him 5 stars. I found the detour to White Island of little interest or even dangerous because of the waves and the non-obligation to wear the vest. We finally paid 204€ for 2 people for the full day with 2 dives, that's pretty good. By improving the 2 or 3 communication points, next time it will be 5 stars.

We booked through a rep in our hotel and everything went as it was explained to us. We happened to be the only English speaking tourists on our trip and the staff went out of their was to include us. The whole day was wonderful, they snorkelling was exceptional and our guide was patient and took the time and effort to point things out to us so we didn’t miss a thing, he even recorded some footage on our phone for us. For me, this was going above and beyond and we were so grateful to have such an amazing experience with something to take home to remember the experience. For anyone who is thinking of booking Ras Mohammed and White Island, do it! If you can, do it through Crazy Shark Diving Centre, you won’t regret your decision ❤️
