Description
Currently, I run a ramen shop in Osaka, and I will rent out the shop for participants outside of business hours and teach them how to make ramen. I will prepare the soup and noodles because they take time to make. You can choose your favorite flavor of ramen and choose your favorite toppings. Finally, eat the ramen you made yourself and you're done.

Incredibly welcoming!
We took the cooking course with Shu, booked through TripAdvisor from when we first started planning our trip to Japan. It was an event we were most looking forward to and it absolutely lived up to our expectations!
This is a family owned and run restaurant, incredibly welcoming to our group. Shu broke down the prep, explaining the ingredients and labor that goes into a delicious bowl of ramen.
We highly recommend booking this course, the hearty bowl of ramen as the fruits of your labor are complimented by the incredible kindness of the owners. We hope to return for dinner!

Highlight of Osaka! Thank you Shu and sons.
Super fun experience for me and my sons (12 & 14)! I highly recommend it. The chef (Shu) and his sons are wonderful. Shu is very personable and a great communicator. Entertaining. Hands on. Learn the secrets of ramen assembly. And, slurp down a great bowl of ramen at the end.

A unique experience away from the crowds
The experience from start to finish was excellent. Just small groups (only one other couple with us) Our chef was very friendly and personable. Lots of explained about ramen and then the cooking begins. Both ramen dishes we made and ate were excellent (best we had). Also interesting to hear the back story of why our chef was now a business restaurant owner from the fast past of life. Definitely enhanced our Japan holiday and would recommend

Fun experience
I booked this last minute and was not disappointed. Shu was our host and was informative, engaging and enthusiastic.
I didn't know there was so much involved in preparing a beautiful Ramen.
I still can't do a ramen justice but it was good fun allthe same.
