START Our adventure begins with hotel pickup, then we travel for 3-housr to the town of Laya, where our ATV station is located. After enjoying a hearty breakfast, it’s time to gear up and get ready for the experience of a lifetime! EXPERIENCE RED VALLEY Accompanied by our expert guide, we’ll ride the ATVs uphill toward the mountains, making stops along the way for incredible photos. The scenery is breathtaking, and it’s very common to spot llamas and alpacas — we’ll even stop to get up close and take memorable pictures with them. At the end of the ATV route, we’ll hike 20 minutes to reach the Red Valley Viewpoint, a perfect spot for stunning panoramic photos.
Vinicunca Mountain
RAINBOW MOUNTAIN EXPERIENCE We continue with a 40-minutes hike to reach the famous Rainbow Mountain . At the summit, take your time to enjoy the spectacular views of the Peruvian Andes, the colorful valleys, and the imposing Ausangate Glacier. This is the perfect opportunity to explore, capture unforgettable photos, and even meet friendly alpacas for the iconic Rainbow Mountain pictures. Once we’ve soaked in the beauty, we’ll begin our return journey by ATV back to the base. From there, our private transportation will take us to a local restaurant, where we’ll enjoy a well-deserved and comforting lunch. END OF TOUR Our tour ends in the Main Square Cusco (City Center) between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

Best way to do Rainbow Mountain
It’s an early start but with a very organised tour operator. The breakfast was good. Glad we chose the ATVs in the end as Rainbow Mountain proved difficult enough even with the short walk after. Our guide Rogelio was very attentive and informative throughout our climb. The lunch was also decent. Highly recommend

A Fun Challenge and Great Reward
This is something I wanted to do ever since I saw photos of the area. We were NOT disappointed in any way. Note! The elevation is serious, no joke. Get into training because the last 45 minutes hike to reach RM looks easy, but it's not, even if you think you're in great physical condition. The ATVs are small, so keep this in mind when deciding whether to ride single or double. I wish we might have spent less time at the provided breakfast, or maybe even had something available "to go" so we could reach RM sooner than we did. The crowd was already a good size when we arrived around 10am. Overall, a long, but wonderful day to see this beautiful place!

We loved visiting the 7-color mountain and the red valley! Many thanks to our guide Rogelio, a total genius, super attentive and available to the whole group. The breakfast and lunch were excellent, super complete and delicious. We rented the ATVs and they had a lot of patience explaining to us how to drive. I would choose them again and totally recommend them. Many thanks again to Rogelio 🙌🏼
