Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We booked an Atlantis quad bike experience through a third-party travel website for Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The booking was accepted and confirmed, but when we arrived we were told that quad bike tours only operate on Thursdays because the dunes are closed on Wednesdays. We understand that third-party booking platforms can sometimes make mistakes. However, we contacted the service provider simply to find out whether there had been an error or whether any alternative arrangement could be made. Instead of receiving a professional response, we were met with rude and dismissive comments. We were told, "No idea why you have emailed us," and later, "Common sense would say contact whoever you booked with." Regardless of who took the booking, this is not how customers should be treated. To make matters even more confusing, the business's own website indicates that they are open on Wednesdays. If their website and third-party booking platforms display conflicting information, it is understandable that customers would be confused. Blaming customers instead of addressing the inconsistent information is unacceptable. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Instead, we were spoken to disrespectfully for asking a reasonable question. I will be sharing screenshots of the booking confirmation, the responses we received, and the information displayed on the website so that others can make an informed decision before booking. Customer service is about how you treat people when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I would expect from a professional business. You may have nothing to do with the booking itself, but you do have something to do with how you speak to people. Your responses by both email and WhatsApp have been dismissive and unprofessional. Saying "No idea why you have emailed us" and "Common sense would say..." is not an acceptable way to communicate with potential customers. It is also clear that your business is being advertised and sold through multiple third-party travel websites. If those websites are accepting bookings on days when you do not operate, that is something your business should be aware of and address with your partners. I will be sharing my experience, along with screenshots of this conversation, on Facebook and other review platforms so that others can decide for themselves whether this is the level of customer service they wish to support.

It was fantastic but I would really advice people to follow guides to prevent probable injuries. What an experience...woow!

Had fun, was organized. Took pictures and made videos. The guide was polite and very helpful throughout. I’ll recommend it anyday

I booked and paid for myself and my 3 adult boys on the aviator booking platform yesterday 12.00 midday for Atlantis Quadbike tour 1 hour. On arrival it was empty and I was informed that there are no quad bike tours on Wednesday (by the National Parks office) to allow for dune revegetation. It took us 1.5 hour drive each way for nothing. Viator have been uncontactable via phone and email and so have the quad bike company. I want a refund and an apology. Unreal - is this a genuine booking platform or a con? Buyers beware and avoid using this site for bookings. Suggest somebody from aviator or the Quad Bike company respond to my calls and emails.

We had a wonderful experience! Du guided us perfectly and explained everything very clearly. He was very professional and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

This was such a fun experience with expert guides including Simon and his colleague who's name i unfortunately am not able to remember. They are so much fun and caring guides and made sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and safe.

It was out of this world, thank you so much, the booking was a lot easier but the website and the service providers were very kind and understanding.

A beautiful experience! I highly recommend it. A great way to escape the heaps of thoughts in your mind and just immerse yourself in the beauty of the white sands and thrill of the ride.
