Entrance ticket arrived too late
My entrance ticket didn't arrive on time. The tour operator couldn't be reached by phone and didn't respond to WhatsApp. It took several hours for an email via Tripadvisor to get a response. So I only received the entrance ticket one hour before Qasr al Watan opened. That was particularly annoying, as it can't be assumed that everyone has a local SIM card and can be reached via the Internet at all times. Visiting Qasr al Watan is definitely a must-do
Operator response

Absolutely worth seeing
The palace is absolutely worth seeing. It is used for state receptions, among other things. Allow around 2.5 hours. It is a must-see.

Seeing is believing
Seeing is believing, and the sculpture is indescribable. I asked TA to only buy the admission ticket, but it might have been better to ask for a one-day Abu Dhabi tour, for example, that included a visit to the Grand Mosque.
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback. The beauty and grandeur of the Grand Mosque cannot be expressed in words. Although we only requested to arrange admission tickets, it would have been possible to have a more fulfilling experience if a visit to the Grand Mosque was included in the one-day tour of Abu Dhabi. We will continue to consider ways to provide a better experience in the future, so please come visit us again.
