We continue our cycling tour toward one of Pula’s most impressive Austro-Hungarian fortresses – Fort Bourguignon. Nestled by the sea and partially hidden by forest, this powerful 19th-century military structure tells the story of the city’s rich defensive past. We continue along the Lungo Mare seaside path toward Verudela, passing pine forests and beautiful beaches. If desired, we stop for a drink at a beach bar by the sea. The tour ends with a relaxed ride back to the city center.
