MEETlNG POlNT: Pick up is from outside the MAlN GATE of the terminal entrance up by the highway. As ours is an INDEPENDENT tour, Carnival will not allow us to pick up inslde the terminal. Once we receive your booking we will send you a recelpt and conflrmation lncluding detalied instructions how to get to the meeting point. it is approximately a 14 minute safe and pleasant walk from the ship to the meeting point. Elizabeth was the bomb tour guide. She was patient and very informative. For the life of me can't remember the driver name he was great as well! All the stops was on point. I'm not a smoker or cigar fan so this was my least favorite! Pink street, umbrella street was AMAZING
Mara was an amazing guide. Very knowledgable, friendly, and very accommodating. Vladimir the driver was excellent. Very safe and courteous. Tour itself was an amazing visit to many local sites in Puerto plata. Highly recommend them and the tour!

The experience was well worth the price. The guide Mara and driver Lilo were excellent. We had a full over three hour tour. Rum tasting at distillery, cocoa tasting g at chocolate and coffee maker, cigar factory, beach fort and more. Learned a lot about the history and current life and culture of the Dominican Republic. Mara was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our experience with papi and Mara so much! We had a great time all around the city and it was a truly authentic experience! We stopped by an authentic market to get mangos and hit all the high spots of the city. It was wonderful! The walk from the ship is a little further than expected so we were nervous to miss the tour with our early port time but we made it and it was great!
Listen yall, if you want to do ANY TOUR it’ll be with papi chulo DSRR !! Him and Maria took us multiple places including the fortress, the beach the puerto plata sign. Provided water bottles and allowed us to explore the city ! Even took detour to see how locals live. No wonder why they’ve been around 10 years. Thank you for the experience and I will be back !!
Five stars! Our tour was great from start to finish. The instructions to find the meeting place were incredibly clear and easy to follow. Our tour guide, Mara, was amazing…so friendly and truly went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable time. Highly recommend! 😊
