Trip with Loumar
I took 3 tours with Loumar and all 3 were wonderful, they are super organized, punctual, and helpful. The guides are super cool, attentive, and kind... thank you to everyone, especially guide Hugo, who is very funny, responsible, and certainly makes a difference in the company. I already highly recommend this company to everyone.

An unforgettable experience in Porto Iguazú
Our experience on the trip to Porto Iguazú was simply incredible. We were surprised right at the beginning, when a limousine arrived to pick us up at the hotel. We imagined this would be the peak of Loumar Turismo's service, but the best was yet to come: the driver Luiz. He demonstrated impeccable knowledge of the region, guiding us with expertise on gastronomy, tours, and shopping, in addition to offering VIP and very attentive service to my family. We will keep this trip with great affection. We highly recommend the experience of going to Porto Iguazú with Loumar Turismo.

Horrible guide
The places themselves were absolutely amazing. However the tour guide didnt speak English and when I asked he rolled his eyes said nope and walked away from me. Never helped me the whole trip with purchasing tickets or even at the places asking for an English guide. The place we stopped at even gave out umbrellas due to the rain which was nice.

Good surprise in tourism in Foz
All the people from Foz I asked about Loumar gave only the best references. I closed the tour of Puerto Iguazu with them and I only have good things to say.
The initial assistance via WhatsApp was cordial and efficient, clarifying all doubts and passing all information. The price was quite reasonable, and I, hesitant about the possibility of them actually picking me up at the door of the Airbnb where I was, waited at the door ten minutes before the agreed time. Because they arrived five minutes ahead of time! And that's where I landed at the end of the day!
The guide João was amazing! Gave all imaginable information and excellent tips on shopping. The stops were timed at the right time for each one, and I was able to take advantage of everything there was.
The recommended shops and restaurants, which have agreements with the company as informed the guide himself, were indeed good options. I bought delicious items at the fair and managed to bring them to São Paulo without problems, because I followed the tips of João. If one day I'm on another tour with Loumar in Foz, I'll ask for it!

Urban bus needs to be replaced
Excellent service, punctuality and many friendly guides, however the city bus available in 2 of the tours was suffering. Besides the windows have no curtain (my right arm burned with the late afternoon sun passing through the glass window while we were going to Argentina with a few minutes of exposure. I was able to change location because the bus was not crowded, but had already burned the arm). The tough chairs prevent you from resting after a day of long walks in Paraguay and the waterfalls. Swap for a micro-onibus or a larger van. Other people from my hotel took the same ride to Argentina on the same day on another completely different and comfortable bus. The Vans are also excellent. No more than compliments. It is an excellent company with excellent employees and quick responses via whatsapp.
