Good time, everyone! I want to warn against fraudsters who, under the guise of a quality photographic studio, sell their services for fabulous money! So, in order. I booked a photo shoot in this studio as a gift to my wife. We met kindly, but at the moment of payment before the start of the photo shoot I was charged 140 euros, although I originally booked this photo shoot on the website for 110 euros. I turned a blind eye to it! The photo shoot itself took 10-15 minutes, we were dumped the sources on an iPhone and told to choose 14 photos and they will retouch them in 7 working days. The wife immediately noticed the mint dress in each photo, but we were assured that everyone would fix the retouchers and the photo quality would be perfect. Immediately, the receptionist and another adult lady joined in, who started telling us to write positive reviews of their studio right away. We couldn't do it on the spot. Ten days later, my wife wrote to the studio and asked where the photo was. She was just texted a photo without a retouch with painted seagulls and a mint dress. The wife asked for one photo to be redone, silently five minutes later they sent her a photo drawing +20 creases on the dress. Next, she wrote to them several more times, but there was no reply. People are ignoring and not responding. ..When I got home I ordered a paid retoucher and finished the photo. I strongly advise against this "company", work not professionals, very overpriced, consumer fraud. I attach three photos: 1. Source; 2. Retouch +20 folds 3. Redone photo of an additional paid retoucher!
I was very impressed and very happy with this company. I had made reservations prior but my flight kept getting delayed, which made me 4.5 hours late to my original appointment and thankfully they were able to fit us in. We did a couples shoot with the traditional costumes. The girls were very helpful with color coordinating us based on our skin color, which I really liked because it made the photos come out amazing. I also did an extra shoot for my birthday because it's the first time I've ever done in my life and I'm extremely happy. The staff was incredible. The photographer was great. I thought the price was perfect for what it was. It was extremely cold and windy, but they still managed to work everything out. I highly recommend the studio. The best in Istanbul!
I was so excited to visit this place because I saw a lot of amazing pictures online, but i was shocked the pictures and the videos was really bad the photographers were really amateur and it was really not worth the money, the one start is for Celen
One of the best photoshoot experiences I’ve ever had and in the best rooftop studio in Istanbul! The rooftop view is incredible, the studio is well designed, and the people here are simply wonderful to work with.
