Unforgettable. I would do it again!
Everything was wonderful. An unforgettable experience. I recommend it 100%.
The views of the desert are impressive. Being in the middle of the desert, seeing the sky, the vastness… enjoying an unforgettable sunset.
The Bedouin who accompanied us prepared typical food that was delicious, and afterwards we enjoyed tea made over the fire.
Adi, our guide, was always willing to help us, to explain things to us, to show us the best of the desert. Always attentive to our needs and to ensure we enjoyed every moment.
The experience in a tent is unforgettable. Sleeping under the stars, waking up to see the sunrise in the desert, and eating by the light of the campfire justify the "inconvenience" of not having hotel facilities for one night. It is not the easiest thing to be without a bathroom or water, but everything that is experienced fully justifies it. I would repeat it without a doubt.

Highly recommended!!
Excellent experience!! We had requested a group tour, but since there were no other travelers, it was just three friends alone. They gave us an additional room upon arrival (before going to the desert) to rest and bathe as an upgrade.
The most difficult part, if you are not used to it, is the lack of a bathroom. However, the experience is different and truly worth it. The desert is very unique and different. I had taken a trip in Morocco, and the landscapes are very different.
This experience is simpler, without luxuries. You experience nature more, with starry skies.
The dinner was spectacular!!! Everything is worth it. I recommend it!!!

A very shocking trip.
Shocking trip. Adel and the driver were fantastic, very welcoming, everything was arranged for us and made us very happy. He had a very joyful 2 days and 1 night trip to the desert with us. Let's experience the unforgettable landscape of the Black Desert and White Desert, watch the stars together at night, campfire, cook meals, and smooth sand, which is recommended!

Choose the best, Hazzam
If you are looking for the best experience, ask for Hazzam. He has knowledge, very down to make the customer happy. He knew the best spot, best view, and was willing to give us the best of the best which was not on the trip book. Since he was oldest and had most years of experience, everybody asked him on the phone. So that might be something you can expect beforehand. Also he is the best chef and he does his best with delicate and kindness heart only if you’re showing your respect to him and the dessert.

Disappointing experience
The black and white desert are wonderful and definitely worth seeing, but not in this way.
The tour operator proved to be completely inadequate showing hasty and
and with no consideration for customers. In fact, the whole time we felt almost like objects to drive around here and there just because it was a source of money. There was no interest in offering us an unforgettable and appropriate experience at the price paid.
Communication was non-existent and sometimes misleading: on arrival we were given a quick and rough explanation about the program, telling us to leave our luggage at the hotel and keep only a small backpack, without specifying that we would spend the night in the desert in a small tent with sleeping bag and blankets (so without water, electricity and of course bathrooms). Even the tour operator has been delivered by each 260EGP for entry to the area, which was actually already included in the cost of the purchased experience.
In addition, it was never specified what the bathing in the hot springs consisted of. We were taken to a pool of hot water with nowhere to change or shower and without the guide specifying if they meant that for "hot springs", even after asking them directly.
Upon returning to the hotel we were not given any room to change, shower or relax (as instead indicated in the description). Instead, they gave us a few minutes to go to the bathroom before letting us board the bus back to Cairo. All without even giving us the second lunch provided in the tour package. Only after insisting, the driver was instructed to buy us sandwiches to eat during the journey, without worrying about what our preferences or intolerances were.

1. Confusione tra tour condiviso e tour privato
Il servizio da lei prenotato era un tour condiviso (shared tour) e non un tour privato. Molti dei servizi da lei menzionati — come maggiore flessibilità, assistenza personalizzata e alcuni extra — sono inclusi esclusivamente nei tour privati.
2. Pranzo del secondo giorno
Il secondo pranzo è previsto solo nei tour privati. Nei tour condivisi, come quello da lei acquistato, il programma non include il pranzo del secondo giorno. Nonostante ciò, il nostro staff ha comunque cercato di assistervi organizzando cibo durante il rientro.
3. Pernottamento nel Deserto Bianco
Il campeggio in tenda con sacco a pelo e coperte è una caratteristica standard e chiaramente indicata del tour nel Deserto Bianco. Si tratta di un’esperienza nel deserto, non di un soggiorno in hotel, ed è parte integrante dell’avventura.
4. Biglietti di ingresso (260 EGP)
Il costo reale del biglietto di ingresso è di circa 10 euro. Nonostante ciò, le è stato riconosciuto un rimborso di 20 euro, quindi superiore al costo effettivo. Successivamente è stata richiesta un’ulteriore somma di 40 euro, che non risulta giustificata.
5. Sorgenti termali
Le sorgenti termali sono pozze naturali nel deserto, non strutture attrezzate o spa. Questo è perfettamente in linea con la natura del luogo e con il programma del tour.
Accogliamo sempre le critiche costruttive, ma riteniamo importante che le recensioni riflettano correttamente la tipologia di tour acquistata e i servizi effettivamente inclusi.

Visiting an alien landscape in comfort and peace
If you are in Egypt, and I don't mind a bit of travelling and are a nature soul, you should absolutely visit Bahariya Oasis. The landscape is surreal and the nightsky is amazing, like someone plastered sparkles all over the pitch black of the sky.
But since you are viewing this listing, you are already pretty convinced about coming here and are just trying to finalise who to go with.
Well, I can recommend to go with Nuba Flower Travels.
Highly professional, punctual and they are as invested in your travel experience as you, if not more.
Adel was there throughout to answer and answer our questions, and our driver, Mina was an asset throughout our trip.
I got a severe case of food poisoning just before my trip, and Mina, despite speaking almost no English, checked on me and made sure I was comfortable and each step of the way.
Oh and did I tell the food was amazing? I wouldn't know since I didn't eat, but my wife really liked it.
PS: the mango banana shake they give you when you reach the Oasis is the bomb.

Hamada Watny accompanied...
Hamada Watny accompanied us with kindness and sympathy and showed us the most important points of the white desert.
Then before sunset we moved to the black desert where he built the camp for us for the night and prepared a delicious Bedouin dinner. After eating we sang together in front of the fire and admired the stars. At dawn he made us breakfast and brought us back to square one... Thank you so much Hamada, we hope to see you soon!
