The Clock Tower, an iconic symbol of Cartagena, is the main gateway to the walled city. Built in the 17th century, this yellow neoclassical structure is a historical and cultural landmark. With its elegant clock and imposing architecture, the Clock Tower marks the transition between the vibrant Getsemaní neighborhood and the charming Historic Center, making it the ideal starting point for exploring Cartagena's rich history.
Just past the Clock Tower, this square was once a slave market and is now surrounded by colorful colonial buildings, cafes, and shops. It is a central point in the heart of Cartagena.
The largest square in the city, surrounded by majestic colonial buildings. This was the site of the Casa de la Aduana, the seat of the colonial government, and today it is a space for cultural events.
Dedicated to the "Apostle of the Slaves", Saint Peter Claver, this square houses the church of the same name and a statue in honor of the saint who dedicated his life to the protection of African slaves.
One of the oldest churches in America, this majestic cathedral is a stunning example of colonial architecture and a place full of history and spirituality.
(Panoramic Visit) This colonial building with a baroque façade was the center of operations of the Spanish Inquisition in Cartagena. Today it houses a museum that explores this dark part of history.
Built as military depots and prisons, these structures today house craft and souvenir shops, offering a unique experience within the city walls.
The heart of the Getsemaní neighborhood, this square is famous for its bohemian and vibrant atmosphere. Surrounded by bars and restaurants, it is a perfect place to immerse yourself in local life.

Thank You Very Much I hope See You Next Time.
Cesar was the best! His English is great and fully customized the tour to our liking. We told him what interested us and was changing plans as we went to accommodate us. He gave us history lessons ranging 400 years for Getsemani and Old Town, he really was incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel safe, and seemed to know half the people we encountered. We felt empowered to explore on our own, after our tour with Cesar. He even gave us recommendations for a private island boat tour that was amazing! Private beach, welcome drink, lunch; amazing. 10/10, you should hire Cesar. Plus, we fed wild monkeys!
