This was overpriced and really disappointing experience. While my 10 year old son enjoyed it, he wasn’t paying for it - and for £82 for the two of us, I expected a lot more. This is nothing more than a room in a corporate building with cubbyholes and a filthy loo. There is no atmosphere, no experience, no customer service. For this price I’d expect a lot more. The games were fine but we’ve experienced a lot better, and for far less. I won’t be taking him again.
We had a wonderful time at DNA VR today, Marlowe was an excellent host, clear instructions, very attentive, helpful and bubbly. Thanks, Gee and J-Man ;)
Great experience! It was my friend’s upcoming birthday and we needed to use the time before our next part of the day! We’ve all been very familiar with VR and this is not my first but maybe 4th time to DNA! Thank you to Ernest for making our experience great :)
My friends and I had a VR session at DNA VR in Hammersmith. Joshua was very helpful and made the whole experience fun. Had so many laughs and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back for another session!
It was excellent. They really made it a personalised experience and we're so nice. The VR experience was seriously unreal!
What an experience! This is definitely a unique activity with lots to say about. The atmosphere was fantastic and our host, Josh did an incredible job of guiding us through the games. After a short safety briefing, we were right into the games where we could pick from a vast variety of games (approx 50 in total) from FPS to defending zombie hordes. The equipment felt professional and relatively easy to use (after some guidance!!). Thanks to the entire team at Hammersmith and especially to Josh for making it a wonderful experience for me and my friend.
I had an amazing time at DNA VR with my brother. We went for the Arcade package, which gave us plenty of time to try out a variety of games. We played Minigolf, a few shooter games, a terrifying zombie game, the Plank, and our favourite, Synth Riders! The host was super friendly and welcoming, and was always there to help us whenever we needed assistance with the games. I really loved that my brother and I could play together, but in separate booths. It meant we didn't have to worry about getting in each other's way or accidentally bumping into each other while playing! It made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Although I'm not usually into gaming, I had so much fun at this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and exciting experience! I'll be posting a TikTok of my experience here - @explorewithscout
Brilliant, really enjoyable experience. Matt was great and guided us through the experience like a true gent. Wasn’t expecting the experience to be as good as it was
Excellent service from Joshua! Had a great time with my wife. We will definitely come back here at some point! I’d recommend too
Great if you go as a small group avoid for all costs for a party We booked the whole venue for my son’s birthday party with 18kids. Having been here before, spoken with them and followed the option of kids birthday party we thought it would be great. Given with 4 kids between 15 and 8 I have organised endless parties but this was the worst venue I’ve ever done one. The staff didn’t care not switch the kids not get involved, not prepare a table start the briefing. They sat on their phones and were more concerned about us not helping the kids then actually trying to give them a good time. Also it’s only 9 headsets available not 13 as to website.this. Especially after renting the whole place there is no excuse that they didn’t take care of the party at all. Not worth one of 695£
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. There are a couple of things we would like to address in your review. The way you say the staff were behaving is unacceptable. We pride ourselves on our Customer Service as you can see through our other reviews. We will be investigating this, and providing retraining for any involved in your booking. In regards to the amount of headsets, we do have 13 headsets, but 4 of them have an age restriction which is signposted on our website. If there was some other reason as to why they were disallowed please do let us know. I would like to apologise that you were let down by your experience with us, and would like you to email us at info@dnavr.co.uk so we can make this right. All the best, Operations Team
