On the day of your tour, a sudden and extremely rare collapse of a trail bridge occurred due to unforeseen environmental conditions, making the original UTV mountain route impassable. ​Immediate Alternatives Offered: Because this situation was completely out of our control, we presented you with two options prior to starting: a full 100% refund with trip cancellation, or switching to an alternative experience of equivalent value. You chose to proceed with the alternative tour to Wadi Rum. ​Clarification on Charges: The additional amount requested at the end of the tour was solely for dinner, an optional add-on that was not included in the baseline tour package.
