Jorge and Santo were great. They texted us via WhatsApp before we landed, arrived early, were super easy to meet and got us to Lake Atitlan no problem or delays, and even stopped at Pollo Campero for us so we could try the famous fried chicken!

First of all, communication is excellent. Confirmation emails regarding pickup location and times were excellent. Raimond/Raymond accommodated our request to leave 1 jour early. The 3-4 hour drive through the mountains was safe and done cautiously. Stops were made upon request. The van was clean and in excellent condition. Highly recommend.
