Private Transfer/Tour from/to Naples to/from Sorrento with stop in Pompeii

We used Roberto and team for 6 different forces throughout a 2-week trip across southern Italy. From pre-trip planning, to communication to adjustments on the fly, it was worth every penny.

My wife and I booked car service from and to Naples Airport as well as transfers between Sorrento and Positano and Ravello to Positano. Roberto, the owner of a 4th generation travel services company, kept in constant communication to make sure arrangements were clear and on schedule. Salvatore, Antonio and Allesandro were our drivers. Roberto himself accompanied another driver for our trip from Positano to Naples Airport. He was able to convey a lot of knowledge and history of the area. All drivers were on time, professional and drove safely. Very good service. Comfortable car. And Pino, our driver, was fantastic. Attentive, respectful, polite and good pilot. We transferred from the Port of Naples to Positano and we have no complaints, but nothing but praise. The service is worth it. I will use it again. I highly recommend it. We came off the cruise ship and was met by Salvatore right at the port. He was very pleasant and excellent English. He took us 6 of us on a private trip to Positano where we had about 1 hour to look around (I would recommend more but we didn't have extra time). After leaving there, we had a tour set for Pompeii, but I organized a stop in Sorrento for lunch with reservations I made with alittle bit of time to walk around the town. After that we went to Pompeii. This tour included entrance and a private guide (highly recommended) at the site. We walked right in and did a 2-hour tour of the town. I'd say we saw maybe a 3rd of it. It's a very large city but all the sites were amazing! I highly recommend using Roberto D'Alessandro Touring. Communication was excellent and very prompt. From start to finish all went exactly as planned. Thank you!!! :)

We also took a drive to positano and amalfi and spent two hours in each location. We had a great time! Andrea, our driver, was always on time, the van was super clean and he was so friendly and courteous. He was very easy to talk to about the local area and sites and Italy, in general. He is incredibly polite and helpful and navigated the amalfi coast like the expert he is! Manuela was our guide for pompeii and she was great too! Very knowledgeable about pompeii as she lives there too. She carried a little book with her with pictures, so that was helpful in understanding parts we couldn’t see or for extra context. Definitely get a guide for pompeii! It is so worth it. And finally Roberto, who we scheduled everything with in the beginning, was so helpful in coordinating the trip. He knew what we should do and in what order to do it. That made the trip so much easier and enjoyable. I highly recommend Roberto and his colleagues for this type of trip! Thank you again!

Great tour! We only had an afternoon. Roberto met us at the ferry. He was on time, helped us with our suitcases. His van was clean and well air conditioned. He gave us lots of information on our way to Pompei. The local Pompei guide was on time and knowledgable. She showed us around Pompei then Roberto drove us back to Naples and dropped us and our bags off at our hotel. It worked perfect for our schedule and my teenage daughter's interest level. We also toured Pompei in the early evening so it was not as hot or crowded.
