Our family had reservation car toyota fortuner with Alex who assis us as well. The way from hanoi to Sapa drive only over 4 hours with comfortable car. The driver were helpful. Driver Tuan pick us up hotel from Hanoi city at the early morning, He said that we must to wait 15 minutes at hotel's lobby but it is not problem. We would recommend this company for transportation in the north of Vietnam. Thanks for everything when we're travelling in Hanoi, Sapa.
