Gregory was a very good driver. He's very pleasant. However, he took us to the wrong hotel. We told him terminal 4 but he took us to terminal 5. We had to get a cab back to the correct terminal.
Aiden was great. Good communication. He was on time and dropped us right out luggage drop off at the port
Smooth pick up experience. The car was clean. The driver was professional and safely got us to the airport with more than enough time to spare. My one advice is to please allow comments when booking. My family traveled to London on 2 different airlines (hence 2 different terminals) and I wasn't able to state that in the booking. Luckily, my sons managed the free train between terminals, so not a big deal for them. But if that wasn't an option, I wouldn't know how to arrange the other pickup. I'd also like the ability to book round trip instead of booking two one way trips. Overall, a great option for our transfer to and from the Southampton cruise port to LHR. A possible future enhancement for the company... consider offering a ride share option for small groups willing to share the cost of the fare. Vacations are expensive and being able to save somewhere helps a lot.

The transfer from LHR to Southampton was a comedy of errors! - Driver was severely late in pickup supposedly due to traffic issues/congestion - Did not Meet & Greet as requested - Kept calling me wanting to know where I was - Forgot where he parked his vehicle I DO NOT recommend “Cab My Ride”
Driver was in terminal departure area just beyond luggage pickup and PASSPORT & BOARDER CONTROL, as soon as we came through the one-way doors out of that secure area.
The driver was very accomdating and friendly. He safely and patiently dealt with traffic issues and we arrived at our shop safe and sound.
Although we had to cancel at the last minute due to airline cancellations, we feel it's important to stress the excellent ongoing communication beginning with our initial booking through multiple emails while we attempted to complete our trip. We cannot speak more highly with thanks to the operator for the efficiency and timeliness of their responses.

Driver was excellent! Waited for us when flight delayed and baggage pickup slow. Very friendly. Clean car perfectly sized. A very good ride and worth the little extra for them to come into airport to meet us.
