Driver put in incorrect address and did not speak enough English to communicate with me about going to the wrong location from what I had booked as drop off. He drove unsafely, had say many times for him to stop and to pullover and call for help and he was rude and was not helpful.

It was so helpful to have someone waiting with my name on a sign for our family! The van was comfortable and air conditioned and could fit the crazy amount of luggage the four of us had (it was mostly my luggage! lol). The driver was great, super nice and got us exactly where we need to be!
