Ricardo was an excellent driver and a pleasure to spend the day with. He arrived early, was very prompt throughout the trip, and maintained a high level of professionalism the entire time. He was also extremely knowledgeable and shared helpful insights along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also chose to add the Roman villa stop, which was well worth the extra cost and a great addition to the day. I would highly recommend Ricardo to anyone looking for a reliable and professional driver.
The driver is new, knows nothing and lost direction for few times, the operator ignore all my messages from Viator messager after first contact. Time is valuable when you spend a lot of money to visit Sicily, the driver even don't know where my drop off point is, and don't know the direction from Modica to Ragusa waste my time.
We are sorry for thr incovenience and apologize! Unfortunately, on the days in which you took advantage of our service we had some drivers who were affected and we had to replace the driver who usually covers the routes to Agrigento with one who mainly acts as a driver and guide for excursions to Etna. Richard made the whole trip a great experience as he was so knowledgeable and informative. It was such an easy, comfortable way to get from Agrigento to Siracusa and see some countryside and the town of Noto along the way.
The trip was very good organized. We discussed the plan in advance and sticked to it. The driver cared about me and was the excellent guide during all my trip and especially in Notto.
Richard was an excellent driver / guide. Because he is from this region, he put a great deal of personal experience and pride into his talks. He was a gentleman in all respects and was very punctual with his time with us.
We signed up for a Mercedes luxury car but we were provided a VW. Car was not comfortable. We paid for a premium car and it was not provided
You did not pay for a Luxury Car, but for a private transfer by standard Class vehicle. In the product description there Is not any reference to Luxury vehicles. Despite this, we only use Mercedes vehicles, except for the emergency vehicle, which is a Volkswagen Passat station wagon, a vehicle that falls into the standard category, which is used in the event of a breakdown of the main vehicles. So you have nothing to complain about! I advice you to read Better a product description before buying It! Regards Taxi Catania NCC
Wonderful scenic drive with an excellent driver who also pointed out highlights of the neighborhood as we entered the town.
Our driver was excellent and picked us up on time. We had a very scenic ride and stopped in two towns to break up the long jurney. I would highly recommend this mode of transportation...great service, communication, and allows you to see the vast landscape!
