Bad experience!
Driver wanted us to get out of the car since he didnt know where hotel was just that it was in the vicinity of the area. We refused and he managed to find a policeman to assist him to get to the hotel. Very stressful!

If you appreciate; Istanbul has a population of 20 million and there may be problems due to traffic at any time due to reasons beyond our control.
Sometimes the roads may be closed at the last minute and it is normal for our driver to get information from the police officer so we can transfer you to your hotel as soon as possible.
We hope you will not experience similar negativities in your future transfers and that you will not encounter delays due to traffic, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Poor Start: Great Ending
We were not met upon arrival and waisted an hour finding someone who found someone to drive us to our hotel. No explanations or apologies were made. So... it's hard to recommend this company for that reason. However, once we were connected with the driver, we have nothing but praise for the driver and service: safe but quick driver who knew his way around terrible rush hour Istanbul traffic who helped us with our luggage which was ugly because there were 6 of us on a 3 week country tour.

Must have
Istanbul is spread out and car service is essential. Order ahead of time and they will pick you up from airport and drive your group. You won't share with other travelers.

Close call
Our flight was during rush hour and we nearly missed our flight due to heavy traffic. Although we would have expected to be picked up earlier with this in mind, we made our flight and the car we were in was very nice.
