Driver was waiting in arrivals area with my full name on placard. Walked us swiftly through airport to waiting van which was large, comfy and clean. Driver was professional and courteous. Very good services, easy to contact by email/WhatsApp and fast response to customers. My flight was emergency cancelled, but Bluvan allowed me to change the time of pick-up without additional charge. But 1 point decrease because my driver arrived late for 15-20 minutes. However, I recommend BluVan.
