Excellent Servicen see above comment
Very professional & friendly driver. The vehicle was sqeeky clean. He had snacks and water plus Disney gifts for children. Pleasant conversation for the hour drive. A real plus was the communication. I got a text upon landing greeting me with his picture, a picture of the car and his license plate. I would use this service in a heart beat. Competitively priced. Tom Fowler

The driver was not waiting. I had to try and find a number to contact the company, the number listed did not work. I finally found a way to to in touch with the driver. I then had to wait outside for the driver to finally show up.

Positive experience
I scheduled an airport pickup. I followed the instructions to notify the driver of our location upon landing. We only waited about 10 minutes. The driver and vehicle matched the information sent by Viator so we knew it was the correct car. Omar was very pleasant, the car was clean and the ride was smooth. The price was very reasonable. I would use this service again.

I scheduled an the shuttle in advance expecting a smooth and timely pickup, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled time, which was frustrating. Communication about the delay was also lacking, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a pre-booked service.
