Dear Joyce, I hope you're doing well. Just a quick update regarding our guests. Yesterday, we provided the vehicle at disposal as requested, and everything went smoothly. Today, we arranged a 2-hour stop in Pompeii, including a private licensed guide and two admission tickets, so they could enjoy a seamless and enriching visit to the archaeological site. I just wanted to keep you informed, and as always, if there is anything else we can do for your clients, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you for your continued trust and support. Warm regards, Giovanni Guidone President &OWNER Top Excursion Sorrento

What a truly wonderful review—thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to share such a meaningful account of your five days with us. Your words perfectly describe the qualities that make Antonio such a special member of our team. Even during the busiest days of July, he approaches every journey with professionalism, patience, a warm smile, and genuine dedication to his guests. Knowing that his advice and local knowledge allowed your family to discover not only Rome, Naples, Positano, Amalfi, Praiano and Ravello, but also authentic places and unexpected corners away from the usual routes, gives us immense satisfaction. For Giovanni and our entire team, the greatest compliment is hearing that, by the end of your journey, you felt part of the Sorrento family. This is exactly the spirit we hope to share: not simply providing transportation, but creating a personal, relaxed and memorable Italian experience. Antonio and Giovanni will be deeply touched by your generous words. Thank you for placing your trust in Top Excursion Sorrento and allowing us to be part of your family’s travels. Our doors—and our hearts—will always be open whenever you return to Italy. With our warmest gratitude, Dino Sorrentino General Manager Top Excursion Sorrento

Thank you sincerely for this thoughtful and beautifully detailed review. It was a privilege to accompany your family throughout such an important part of your journey in Italy. We are especially pleased to know that Antonio made you feel welcome and at ease from the moment you arrived at Naples Airport. His punctuality, careful driving, excellent English and attentive assistance are qualities we value enormously, but it is his natural kindness and sincere desire to care for every guest that make him truly exceptional. The fact that your first transfer inspired you to entrust us with your Amalfi Coast experience and your journey from Sorrento to Rome is one of the finest compliments we could receive. We are delighted that Antonio helped you discover Positano, a special local beach and some excellent restaurants—places and experiences that often become the most treasured memories of a holiday. Even the smallest gestures, such as providing cold water, chargers and an internet connection during the long journey, reflect the personal attention we aim to offer. Above all, we are proud that Antonio remained patient, flexible and understanding at every moment, allowing your family to travel comfortably without ever feeling rushed. Thank you for choosing Top Excursion Sorrento and for recommending both our company and Antonio so warmly. We will make sure he receives your wonderful message. We hope the Italian words he taught you will be useful when you return—and that we will have the pleasure of welcoming your family again. With our warmest regards and gratitude, Dino Sorrentino General Manager Top Excursion Sorrento
