My experience at Siranuse Mare was so incredible I went twice with my wife and 2 weeks later I went back with my family. The beach club was so luxurious. The restaurant was great the food the service everything about was amazing!!!
Terrible on viator and the transfer company. I made the reservation for a specific time with viator and it looked like they didn’t put a time. Thank god I called to confirm the day before and they had nothing. Then my flight was cancelled and needed it for the next day but they said no can’t. Viator should’ve booked it correctly the first time.
The transfer compay did not pick us up! They were NO SHOW! I blame VIATOR for not confirming that this operator required more than two persons in order to operart. We had to take a last minute taxi and paid a lot more than what we originally planned with the transfer operator It was extremely unprofessional not to give us a heads up and leave us waiting for almost one hour!
Luigi was a pleasure to ride with! He was knowledgeable & helped put us at ease & into vacation mode from the start!
Our driver was professional funny and very polite. The transfer was spectacular. Very clean vehicle and comfortable.
The driver did not turn up or offer a new driver. Apparently he had been caught in an accident but our plane was over 45 minutes late and there had been no communication until I contacted them when we came out. We ended up having to find someone on our own and over pay due to the short notice
