Only way to go from Naples to Positano!
Fastastic experience. Very skilled, safe, and gracious driver. The drive can provoke anxiety in certain areas but it was a beautiful and relaxing ride.

Cancelled Day of Travel
We booked this transfer and it was confirmed. The day of travel, it was cancelled. Viator couldn't help as travel had to be booked in advance. We pivoted and took the ferry from Naples to Amalfi but it was frustrating for the last minute cancelation and having to scramble to get to the coast.
Operator response
We are sorry for this but we believe you are reviewing the wrong company to be honest, we cannot find any reservation under your name or cancelled by us.

Transfer from Naples to Amalfi
Very simple process, Pepe met us at the airport holding a sign with my name on it, he was very kind and polite. Double checked he had the correct address to the hotel he was dropping us off at, played great music in the car overall all 10/10 service I would book again! :)

Average Car Transfer
The one and only complaint is this was not a "Mercedes Luxury Sedan" transfer, but a Mercedes taxi van. Our driver was nice and got us from point A to point B, but certainly not in the class of vehicle shown on the website. Just feel for the money paid, it was just an average experience and not an upscale experience.

Great Ride
Very nice and friendly ride. He was on time. He even stopped and allowed us to take pictures. I will use him again.

Excellent Driver felt safe and secure. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable I would reccomend to anyone making this trip.

Safe and pleasant drive to train
Our driver came in on his day off because he spoke English. Nicola was a wonderful and informative driver who made sure to notify us that he would be 10 mins late due to a car accident at the top of the mountain. He then made sure to reroute us to ensure we made it to the train in time.
