Munich to Vienna
A bigger vehicle would have been better. 3 adults in the back seat of a small SUV was a little tight. Bring your own water. None was provided
It’s a long uneventful drive with not a lot of commentary. The stop in Salzburg was nice.
Operator response
Dear customer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the Salzburg stop and that the journey went smoothly overall.
Regarding the vehicle size, our records show that the vehicle type was clearly communicated at the time of booking. Guests are always welcome to request a larger vehicle if they prefer extra space, though this may involve an additional cost. As such, the assigned MPV was appropriate for the booking made.
We do, however, apologize that bottled water was not provided on this occasion. This is normally available, and we will address this directly with the driver to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Please also note that this service is a private transfer with an English-speaking driver, not a guided tour, so commentary during the trip is typically limited to essential travel information.
Kind regards,
The Europe Journey Team
