There was a problem at the port due to an accident. Viator rang us to inform. The driver picked us early and got us to the port using another route. Totally stress free, other passengers were worried they would miss the ship.
The pick up service was perfect. Driver arrived on time and kept us informed on his way. Vehicle was spacious and clean for our luggage and three of us.

The ride never showed up and could not be contacted.. We had to take a taxi instead for €130. We had to call you to confirm that the ride would not show up. Nobody contacted us. Not good
