Our driver Umer contacted us shortly after we landed and we were glad that he had paid attention that we landed early. It took a little time for us to figure out where to meet, but once he found us, the transfer was very enjoyable. We appreciated a clean and comfortable ride to our hotel. I would have preferred to know in advance where to meet our driver and my attempt to contact the company went unanswered.
It worked well. We got thru passport control much faster than normal b/c we had wheel chair assistance so we had to wait about 20 minutes but otherwise it was very easy. Thank you.

My driver was very thoughtful, since I couldn’t navigate my way out of the airport he parked and found me. He had bottled water waiting for me in the car and was very informative…without being too talkative (not at 8 am, at least!). I could not have asked for a better experience.

Travel at this time with the new immigration requirements for Europe as well as just flying is a nightmare. This is the second bad experience I have had with this company and will not be using them again. I took more than an hour to leave the customs area and had let the driver know. He assured me that he would wait for me which he did; took me to my hotel and then said because he waited over the complimentary hour, I had to pay him again. The company absolutely refused to offer me any sort of consideration in spite of the travel notices about how busy the airport was. Good customer service goes a long way; this was not the case!
Driver was there early. Uses WhatsApp for communication so make sure you have that. We booked a vehicle for 6 people and luggage, and they handled that well.
