We had an early transfer from our hotel to the airport. The night before the transfer (approx. 7 PM) - we received a message stating that no driver could be sourced and the trip was cancelled. This put us in a bind because the pre-arranged transfer that we had set up would no longer be happening and we had to make other arrangements last minute. This was also sent via email, so it was a good thing we were paying attention. I understanding that staffing issues happen, but for a car service, in this big of a city, I would have not expected to be left with no options late the day before the expected transfer.

If I could rate no stars I would. Our driver never showed up to take us to the airport or return my message.

Our driver was right on time, the vehicle was clean, spacious and comfortable. The transfer worked perfectly.
Did not show up for confirmed ride from King George to the port. Didn’t answer the phone and didn’t return email. Any positive reviews must be by the staff or owners. You can’t imagine the embarrassment when your ride doesn’t show.
It was 5 AM in the morning, so there was nothing memorable. He did try to have me pay again and I had to show him the receipt where I had already paid the full price.
There was no contact from the transfer team about time to pickup my clients. I had to ask for times for pickups. I had 11 sets of clients- 1 on 2/26, 9 on 5/27 (including my pick up) and 1 on 5/28. They failed to pick up clients on 5/26 saying there was no pickup that day as I was looking at the confirmation with the 5/26 dates.
Hello Patricia, We would like to remind you also that you changed 4 times one transfer and one was wrongly booked. We recommend you to give more attention when you make multiple bookings. Also we paid for your clients which took the taxi because we have refunded the amount. Thank you for your review!
