Our group of six was visiting Guatemala for the first time, and they made our arrival to Antigua absolutely seamless! They were early, greeted us with a sign, communicated throughout the process, and were incredibly kind and professional. They even stopped for us to try local beers and patiently waited over an hour while we shopped. Because the experience was so great, our group decided to use them for the rest of our trip. Our driver, Jensen, was excellent! He was very punctual, friendly, and welcoming from the moment he picked us up at the airport. During the drive to Antigua, he shared interesting facts about Guatemala, pointed out places along the way, and made the trip both informative and enjoyable. One of our favorite fun facts was that the coffee at McDonald’s in Guatemala is surprisingly some of the best around because it’s locally sourced. His local knowledge and great conversation made the ride fly by, which we especially appreciated after landing late in the day following a long flight.
