William and his team did a fantastic job on our trip. They were responsive to questions. Helped us with a last minute schedule change due to flight. We used this company for three different transfers and all were fantastic. The drivers were on time or early for every trip. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Joshua drove us for two of our transfer and did a great job. He was friendly, on time, and had good suggestions for restaurants near our hotel. I highly recommend this company for any transportation needs you have while in Guatemala.

Great experience with the private shuttle! William was really chill, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable. He even asked if we needed to stop and use the bathroom along the way. The car was very nice and clean, and the pickup from the airport was seamless. He dropped us off directly at the lancha in Panajachel, which made everything super easy. Would definitely recommend!

We booked this service (Quetzal Shuttle) 3 times for our trip in Guatemala (to Lake Atitlan, to Antigua, and to the airport). The car was clean and comfortable and all times the driver and dispatch were responsive and communicative. We got lucky and had our driver Dereck for all 3 trips, he was always on time (he arrived a few minutes early each time), checked in if we needed a bathroom or stretch break, communicated if there were any detours or delays, drove safely and was very nice! We would use this service again!

Our private transfer from Panajachel to Guatemala City was excellent. Our driver, Israel, was punctual, professional, friendly, and made the entire journey comfortable and easy. It was a longer drive, but everything went smoothly and we felt very well taken care of throughout the trip. We were extremely pleased with the service and appreciated Israel getting us safely and comfortably to our hotel in Guatemala City. He was a great driver and an excellent part of our experience traveling through Guatemala. Highly recommended!

William was our primary contact throughout the process, and communication with him was easy, responsive, and professional. Our driver, Joshua, was wonderful—punctual, friendly, and professional, and we felt completely comfortable throughout the drive. Everything was seamless from pickup at our hotel in Antigua through our arrival in Panajachel. Having reliable transportation made this part of our trip incredibly easy. We would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend both William and Joshua!

We had a great experience traveling from Panajachel to the airport. Jenscen was our driver and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. The van was clean, cool, and had adjustable seats. Jenscen found a great breakfast spot and got us to the airport with perfect timing.

Joshua was our driver for multiple rides throughout my stay in Guatemala. We loved having him! He helped us with our bags, gave us recommendations and was a pleasure to work with. We had to use the bathroom on our longer rides and he took us to safe, clean spots to use the bathroom and stock up on snacks. I highly recommend this company and even more, highly recommend Joshua as your private driver.
