I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a van for 6 people and only 4 large luggage fit because the sent a handicap accessible van with a ramp in the trunk. The driver hailed down another taxi leaving me with the bill. Avoid at all cost. The taxi was overall cheaper as well
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that the additional luggage requirement caused frustration during your transfer. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances for the benefit of future guests. The reservation was made for 6 passengers, and we provided a suitable VTC vehicle for six people. Upon arrival, the group had approximately 14 large suitcases, significantly exceeding the normal luggage capacity of a six-passenger vehicle. In Barcelona, larger vehicles with sufficient luggage capacity for this amount of baggage are extremely limited, and unfortunately the vehicle assigned was not able to accommodate such an unusually large amount of luggage safely. The wheelchair-accessible equipment in the vehicle did occupy part of the luggage compartment, but this was not the reason the booked transfer could not accommodate all of the luggage. The primary issue was the exceptionally large quantity and size of the baggage compared with the capacity of a vehicle booked for six passengers. Our driver did assist in finding an additional vehicle so that the entire group and all of the luggage could reach the airport. The additional transportation was therefore necessary because the luggage exceeded the capacity of the vehicle booked. The original airport transfer was provided, and we are unfortunately unable to refund the cost of transportation that was required because of the excess luggage. We understand that this was an inconvenient situation, and we regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. For future bookings, we strongly recommend that guests travelling with a large amount of luggage contact us in advance so that we can check the available vehicle and luggage capacity and, where possible, arrange an appropriate solution. We value every customer and always aim to provide a safe, reliable and transparent service. We hope this clarification helps future travellers understand that vehicle capacity depends not only on the number of passengers but also on the quantity and size of their luggage.
The driver was on time and the drive was pleasant. But expect a city taxi. I expected a non-taxi transportation. I wonder if I should have just taken a taxi to the airport

Great flexibility and communication. Flight was delayed 23 hours and they were flexible in changing date, time, and destination. Driver came and found us when we were lost on where to go, helped with luggage. Great experience and service.

Excellent service! Easy to schedule. They even changed my time the night before since I didn’t plan correctly with no hesitation. The driver showed up early which was awesome cause we were ready and it was a safe easy drive to the airport. The driver was very polite and his taxi was super clean.

Driver was great and we got to cruise port with no problems. He was actually a little early so we were scrambling to get out and into van.
