Great Service, clean vehicle and friendly driver
Our driver messaged us a few days before then again the day of our travel, to introduce themselves which gave us great peace of mind in the lead up. Once at the airport he was standing in a clear visible location with our name visible and guided us to a waiting area where we sat for 5 minutes while the driver got his car. You was very knowledgeable and friendly, giving us some great info about Bali as we drove to our hotel. Once we arrived he helped unload and gave us his details in case we needed any further help while we were here, im sure we'll message him for help to get to nusa dua later in our stay.

We arranged the transfers from the airport to our hotel for 6 ppl but at 3 different pickup times. Jatu Bali Tour communicated with us via WhatsApp and provided our driver, Bhaskara’s contact info the day before with our flight info confirmed. Our flight landed at 11:45 pm and Bhaskara was already at the airport waiting for us. He sent us a photo of our name sign via WhatsApp and tell us where to meet. The immigration took very long and we did not see him until 1 hour later. Bhaskara spoke English very well and he was extremely pleasant, patient and professional. He knew how to avoid the crowd and took us to a comfortable and clean SUV, even though there were only 2 of us. Once at the hotel, it was already past 1AM and he wanted to wait for us to make sure that we are done with checking in before leaving. I had to ask him to go ahead and leave since it was so late and he had to wait for us too long at the airport already. Our encounter with Bhaskara gives us a great impression for Bali and the nice people here. The next morning he had to pick up the our 4 children. It feels great knowing that they will be in good hands with such a nice and reliable person like Bhaskara. We truly appreciate him and highly recommend this company.

Reliable and stress free ride choice
Driver messaged me prior to arrival and although the arrivals hall was packed with drivers with placards I was able to find him without trouble. Ride was smooth and quick and the driver was friendly and polite. Great option for those arriving to Bali, especially for the first time.
