We had the absolute best day with Ali! He took care of us for the entire full-day trip to the Agafay Desert. The quad biking and camel ride were fantastic, and he ended the trip by serving us the most delicious food. Ali is super helpful, warm, and friendly. 10/10 service! My little son got attached to him as he was really being nice to him. Attached a pic 😊

Arrived and driver was not there holding a sign. Had to text 2 x and send a photo of us. Finally driver found us and he was pleasant and drive to hotel good. Unusual was the message we received the day before to pay driver an extra fee for driving through a zone fee. We complied but wouldn’t again. That fee should have been included in the quoted fee when we booked! Right???

We were contacted an hour or so before our pickup time to confirm location of pickup and time, the pickup was very prompt and the drive was very pleasant. It was nice to have such a calm, punctual and stress free pickup for our airport transfer as everything else in Marrakech is crazy, in a good way but it’s nice to not have stress when going to an airport. I would recommend full Moroccan trips for airport transfers to everyone!
