Private Tour of Lisbon

This tour was amazing. From the designated pick up time to the evening, we were driven around all day and shown the best parts of Lisbon that tourists usually miss. We got to go to the highest point in Lisbon, and a famous bakery for lunch. This tour was such good quality and overall I would absolutely go again, and highly reccomend this for anyone who wants to see all of Lisbons highlights in a day.

What made this experience so memorable wasn’t just the incredible places we visited—it was Francisco. Standing beneath the monument, visiting the chapel, and taking in the breathtaking views over Lisbon was an unforgettable experience. It was one of those moments that makes you pause and simply appreciate where you are. A close second for me was Estufa Fria. As a plant mama, I was in heaven. Walking through the lush tropical gardens felt like stepping into another world—peaceful, beautiful, and full of life. We also enjoyed the famous Pastéis de Belém, visited Jerónimos Monastery, the Monument of the Discoveries, rode the iconic Tram 28, had a wonderful lunch at Sem Vergonha, and ended the day taking the scenic route across the magnificent Vasco da Gama Bridge. One of my favorite unexpected moments was meeting Francisco’s lifelong friend, whom he’s known since they were five years old. It made the experience feel even more genuine and personal. Francisco, thank you for sharing your beautiful country with such pride, kindness, and heart. You didn’t just show us Portugal—you helped us experience it. We arrived as visitors and left feeling like we’d spent the day with a friend. We won’t forget it. Obrigada! 🇵🇹❤️

Francisco is one of the best tour guide I had. It is important for day long trips. He made the Lisbon tour really enjoyable with the right amount of information and site seeing and independent times for shopping. Today, the five of us had the great pleasure of spending a whole day in Lisbon. We were accompanied by Francisco from Badger Tours. We really had a wonderful tour; it feels as though we experienced everything Lisbon has to offer, even though we realise there is surely still plenty left to see, but Francisco really managed to show us the very best the city has to offer. All the experience and tour we did with Francisco was wonderful, a very good person, professional with a lot of attention and charisma. The guided tours with him were very attentive, patient and professional. He'll face us again another time.

We are a couple from the USA going to Sesimbra, Portugal for 11 years. The service provided by Francisco from Bager tours is excellent. He is an experienced tour guide and driver with good English and willing to help you to learn more about this beautiful country. What usually happens is: my husband and I read a lot about this country, emailed our ideas to Francisco and he acceptes them and add something new to our tour. For example, this year we had a wonderful tuk-tuk tour of Lisbon with an excellent driver-tour guide. As we have seen a lot in Portugal for 11 years this year we practically had culinary tours of different restaurants and markets. Francisco was always very helpful. We were a group of nine friends who joined Badger Tours in Lisbon for a wine tour, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Our guides, Francisco and Leonardo, were absolutely fantastic – not only did they take us to three wonderful wineries, but they also showed us breathtaking viewpoints along the way. At each winery, we enjoyed five tastings (two white wines, two reds, and one Moscatel), all of which were excellent. What made the day even more special was the personal touch: our guides shared stories, local knowledge, and even brought us to a hidden gem of a restaurant right by the water – a place we never would have found on our own. The combination of beautiful scenery, delicious wines, and outstanding guiding made this tour one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Lisbon and its wine culture in a truly memorable way!
