Authentic, fun, adventurous, cozy

Nice trip with local guide. Seen real authentic things and especially laughed a lot. More extensive route taken to the guide's home village

Nice tour with some difficulties

It involves a treck over some rough terrain whi h lucky for us we were able to do but if you have a slight mobility problem it would be difficult. The lunch was lovely and the guide although very helpful had poor English therefore not easy to understand so missed out a lot of information about the mountains to difficult to understand what he was saying. He was also 30 mins late picking us up which was not a good start. The lunch was lovely in a lovely setting.

Quite a climb!

We are 70 yrs old and the Atlas hike was challenging. But our guide was so patient and helpful. I can’t recall his name. We loved the Berber villages and the local meal at the end.

Adventure in the High Atlas!

We had a wonderful tour into the High Altas Mountains with our driver Mohammed, and Mohammed our guide, who shared his passion and knowledge of the Berber/Amazigh cultural traditions throughout the day. We visited a womens argan oil cooperative and had the opportunity to participate with the women in the grinding of argan nut and learned of its use in body treatments, cosmetics, and in food. It was snowing heavily as we approached Imlil, and our driver navigated safely through it all. Our guide brought us for a delicious tangine lunch and took care that all our needs were met - including seating us near the fire🙏🏼 The weather kept us from hiking, so we shopped a little - a Berber hat and embroidered slippers - then headed down to Marrakech desert for a camel ride. A full and fascinating day - thank you thank you thank you we learned so much from this experience!
