Excellent private tour with outstanding organization and support

We had an excellent private tour in Azerbaijan, and everything was organized very professionally from start to finish. From the first contact, Artunj was always quick to respond, flexible, and very helpful. He adapted the itinerary several times to match our wishes, recommended excellent hotels, and everything was arranged exactly as agreed. There was one small issue on our arrival day when our first airport driver had difficulty finding our hotel because many streets in Baku were closed due to the Formula 1 preparations. However, Artunj reacted immediately, stayed in close contact with us, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. We really appreciated his support and professionalism. Our guide and driver, Ramal, was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English. He shared a lot of interesting information about Azerbaijan and always made us feel welcome. One small remark is that he occasionally used his mobile phone while driving. We noticed this seems to be quite common in Azerbaijan, although we personally would have preferred less phone use behind the wheel. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The itinerary was well balanced, the hotels were excellent, communication was outstanding, and we always felt well looked after. We highly recommend Azerbaijanguide.az and especially Artunj to anyone looking for a well-organized private tour in Azerbaijan. Thank you, Artunj, for making our trip such a memorable experience!

Well organised, well planned and good customer service

We did a customised 2 day tour. The first day was mainly Baku city including old city walking tour and second day was Qobustan, the mud volcanoes & the burning mountain. The trip was well organised. Our guide Farhad spoke English very well. He is very helpful , friendly & reliable. They were also very flexible according to the tourist requirements.
