This was our second time touring with We Are Guides Barcelona. We were arriving early and got in touch with Josep from We Are Guides. We wanted to have an airport transfer plus a 4 hour tour before our hotel check in. Josep arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport and then we met our wonderful guide, Diana, in Barcelona. Our first stop was Casa Vicens. Diana gave us so much information about Gaudi and Casa Vicens. It was all so interesting. She is very knowledgeable. We walked through the streets of Barcelona and since it was Easter I was looking at all the beautiful cakes in the bakery windows. Diana explained the Catalan tradition of the godmothers giving cakes to their godchildren on Easter Monday. It was great to learn more about the unique Catalonia area from her. We also went to Park Güell and she gave us more history about Gaudi and the park's development. It was a great way to spend the time before being able to get into our hotel. We enjoyed our wonderful time with Diana in Barcelona. Thank you Diana!
