Terrible experience. Cancelled my private family boat trip without providing any reason, hours before the trip. I asked for reason for cancellation and they said it is the bad weather conditions so they won't be doing boat trips. I sent them the weather report that was showing sunny skies, 26° and very low wind 9 kmh and they stopped respondong. I ended up booking with one of the competitors for the same hour and guess what, their boats were doing regular trips. So it was just cowerdness from their side and all for their business to go well and who cares about the customers?

This was an excellent experience. What impressed me most was the level of communication and customer service. The team proactively reached out before our scheduled trip to let us know that weather conditions would not be ideal and worked with us to find a better day. They were incredibly accommodating. The boat itself was much larger and more comfortable than we expected, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We visited in early June, and it turned out to be the perfect time to go. The caves were nearly empty, and we often had them completely to ourselves. The scenery was breathtaking, the crew was professional and friendly, and everything was handled seamlessly. If you’re considering a private boat tour, I highly recommend this company. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
We had an amazing time!! The boat was way bigger than we expected in the best way and the sights were even more beautiful in person. The three crew members were incredibly kind and helpful with everything. They made sure we were all safe and happy and that we had a great time. We can’t recommend this experience enough!
We did the private tour only two people, my husband didn't have so many expectations of the tour and loved it... Sergio, the guide, has a lot of experience and explains in detail, plus he takes very good pictures... if you are in portimao you have to do the tour, the incredible caves...

Our tour guides, Diogo and Gonzalez, were fantastic. They took our needs and wants into consideration. They showed us spectacular caves, pointed out details and then took us to a great bay where we anchored and were able to swim in the water. 10/10!!
