Amazing boat trip - we took the speedboat out to the sea where we followed dolphins whilst sailing alongside them and jumped into the water to watch them underwater with snorkels, we then went snorkelling in a coral reef with lots of fish which was great and got to dive off the boat a few times. After that we went to the White Island where we had a really nice fruit platter to finish things off. 10/10 would recommend !
We had a fantastic time from start to finish. Our family of 6 loved it. Our captain was great fun, the pick up was on time and it was a nice air conditioned bus. The fresh fruit was refreshing and just what we needed. The boat was modern and had nice leather seats. We seen dolphins up very close. I would definitely recommend. 🙂
Overall a very enjoyable trip. Plenty of time snorkelling in very clear waters. Saw 2 dolphins and our guide tried very hard to find us more. The white islands were very picturesque with a delicious fruit platter. Our only complaints relate to the timings. We were sat around for about 30 minutes before the boat set off and again waited 30 minutes for our transfer back to the hotel (and would have just got an uber if warned of this in advance)
Simply top! Best boat trip we have taken in Hurghada so far. Dolphins, snorkeling, beautiful island, and all that relaxed in peace on a private speedboat. Top captain and much more fun with the speedboat than on a large boat.
A fanstastic unforgettable morning out! we are a family of 4, two daughters aged 4&7, life jackets were provided for them. We saw many dolphins at dolphin house, some swam less the a metre away from the speedboat. Excellent snorkelling. White Island is unbelievable it really looks like paradise. We were served cold drinks and a lovely fruit platter on the beach. The guide was very chilled and nothing was rushed.
We booked the 4 hour private excursion, and it was absolutely incredible! A huge thank you to Radwan, our boat driver and guide, who was amazing, and to Peter, the organizer, who was incredibly patient and understanding with all our questions and requests. We actually loved the experience so much that we booked another excursion with them for the following day, this time to swim with the dolphins! We were picked up directly from our hotel and had our own private boat. We started with a snorkeling spot, and Radwan guided us to the best places to swim and take underwater photos. We chose White Island, which I highly recommend. It was a little less crowded and absolutely beautiful. The Michael Jackson playlist was incredible too, as a huge fan, I loved it! We also enjoyed some amazing fresh fruit. We were lucky enough to see dolphins as well, although I think there were a few too many boats around them. We then had one last snorkeling stop before heading back, and our return driver was already waiting for us. Everything was perfectly organized and reliable from start to finish. I would recommend BMS to absolutely anyone looking for a great experience in Hurghada!
Warning.... if you have a family please fo not use this tour company.we were a family of 3 and it was the most disorgsnised trip i have ever been on. The boat captain was good however the guide was nothing but a creep.we found out after the trip he had been touching our 13 year old daughter when we were not looking.he asked for her number and was taking photos of her on his own phone. The free drinks and fruit was 3 bottles of already opened water he expected us to share with the guide. After 12 years traveling to Egypt, we are aware of the culture and the young egyptians mens attitude towards young females however this whole experiance waa aa close to assalut as i can imagine.
I respectfully ask Tripadvisor to carefully review this serious safety-related review and the complete evidence available. We take any allegation concerning the safety and well-being of a minor extremely seriously. However, we strongly dispute the allegations made against our guide. The tour took place approximately two months ago, while this review was only posted recently. I have retained the complete original WhatsApp correspondence with the customer from immediately after the tour. For clarity, the documented sequence of events is as follows: First, immediately after the tour, the customer thanked me for the experience and specifically expressed his appreciation for the boat crew and the person he interacted with during the tour. He also told me that he would recommend my company to the entire hotel. I have preserved the original screenshots of these messages. After that, the customer contacted me because he had already paid the photographer, but the photographer then requested additional money from him. I apologized to the customer and told him that I would personally come to meet the family, offer my sincere apology, refund the additional money they had been asked to pay, and take appropriate action regarding the employee’s conduct. All of these communications are preserved in the original WhatsApp conversation. The following day, after speaking with his family, the customer sent another message saying that they were unhappy with the “photo guy” and raised concerns about the photographer’s behaviour toward his 13-year-old daughter. He specifically referred to the person as the “photo guy”, meaning the photographer. I would also like to clarify an important factual point regarding the people present on the boat. During this private boat trip, there were only the boat captain and the photographer present with the family. There was no separate tour guide on the boat. However, the current Tripadvisor review is titled “sexual assault by guide” and refers to the photographer as the “guide”. This is an important factual distinction that I respectfully ask Tripadvisor to verify when reviewing the complaint. There is another important part of the timeline that I would like Tripadvisor to consider. After raising his concerns with me, the customer contacted me again and requested another trip with our company. I have an original screenshot of this request. The customer also requested a lower price for the new trip in connection with the previous issue, and I have preserved the relevant messages. I believe this subsequent communication is relevant to understanding the complete timeline and circumstances surrounding the current review. I am not asking Tripadvisor to draw a conclusion from this fact alone, but I respectfully ask that it be considered together with the complete correspondence and other available evidence. I also have original photographs from the tour showing the customer, his wife and their daughter interacting positively with the photographer and the boat crew and appearing happy during the trip. These photographs were taken during the tour and are preserved in their original form. I understand the seriousness of the allegations, particularly because they concern a minor, and I do not take them lightly. However, given the significant difference between the person identified in the customer’s contemporaneous messages and the person identified in the current Tripadvisor review, as well as the complete timeline of our subsequent communications, I respectfully ask Tripadvisor to review all available evidence before allowing such a serious allegation against our guide to remain associated with our business. I have preserved all relevant original evidence, including the complete WhatsApp correspondence, screenshots, photographs, booking information and timeline, and I am ready to provide everything to Tripadvisor upon request. Very good exeperience with BMS, the communication, logistics and the staff were great and smooth. It’s not my first time with them and it will be not my last for sure.
Perfect program and very reasonably priced. Our tour guide was Redvan, who genuinely did everything he could to make sure we could see and swim with the dolphins. We were almost always the ones closest to them. A special compliment and thank you for prioritizing safety. At one point, when there were a lot of boats around the dolphins, he told us not to get in the water because it wasn’t safe. I really respect that. We went snorkeling instead, and afterwards he took us back to the dolphins so we could safely swim with them. He kept going until every single one of us had the opportunity to see the dolphins underwater. He also treated us to a beautiful fruit platter. It really was the perfect experience, and I will always remember it. Thank you so much!
Beautiful morning with the family! We started on a great new private motorbaot, then we saw many dolphins , also a baby e did some beautiful snorkling with many fish. In the end we went to the stunning withe island, reachable only with a small motorboat, incredibile place with various colours and the captain offers us fresh fruits. The experience was absolutly worth the money we payed! For my family an experience 10 out of 10!
