Description
An unforgettable experience of tasting sparkling wines produced using the classic method. The tasting begins with a short introduction to the history of the winery and family tradition. At the tasting, it is planned to try 5 different types of sparkling wine, all produced using the classic method (1 extra brut, 2 brut, 1 sec, and 1 demi-sec sparkling wine are included). The winery produces 12 types, and among them it is possible to choose according to the wishes of the visitor (the wishes of all participants are taken into account, not each one in particular). The number of white and rose sparkling wines can be combined. With accompanying handmade biscuits. Touring the interior of the wine cellar, production, and vineyard is possible if weather and conditions permit. It is not possible to access the wine cellar if the production process is in progress. Children's entertainment is available for all visitors who come with children (crayons, coloring books, games, toys, balls, etc.).

recommended wine tasting
We were a group of 6 friends and did the wine tasting the day before departure. It was a great end to our vacation and rounded it off nicely. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the Prosecco as well as the conversations with the owner. We laughed a lot and learned many new things about Prosecco production. We can really only recommend it!

Rich History of a Winery with a Sparkling Future!
The Misal winery is tucked away off the beaten track but is well worth a visit offering exceptional sparkling wines from a small , family run , business . Tastings are highly recommended as a try before you buy offering!

Exceptional Sparkling Wines with a Personal Touch
Misal Sparkling Wines is one of my favorite sparkling wine producers and, in my humble opinion, among the best in the region. Their wines are delicious, aromatic, and full of flavor, showcasing the essence of Istrian winemaking. The wine tasting was simple but thoroughly enjoyable, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable host who made the experience fun and engaging. Fairly priced and of exceptional quality, their sparkling wines are perfect for any occasion. If you are in the area, it is absolutely worth stopping by to try them!

Wonderful Birthday Experience
What a fun experience!! Anna was so knowledgeable. She explained the processes behind each wine and the subtleties between the different grapes used in each of the 12 wines that they produce. The sparkling wines were all unique and each of the 9 of us were able to find something to match our own tastes. We were visiting from the U.S. and celebrating Mom's 85th birthday and this was an experience that contributed to making it super special! Thank you so much! Delicious tasting in a great atmosphere
The sparkling wine tasting was really nice. A totally relaxed and lovely atmosphere, very friendly support during the tasting and all the sparkling wines were simply delicious. Absolutely recommended and we would love to come back.
